Ingram-Bee was instrumental in developing the city’s official Guide to Co-Purchasing, a resource that equips buyers with the legal and financial frameworks necessary to navigate shared ownership safely.

By specializing in co-housing, Ingram-Bee has helped create a pathway for middle-income residents—who are often priced out by institutional investors—to build generational wealth. Her work transcends simple transactions, focusing instead on fostering intentional communities where owners share responsibilities like childcare and maintenance.

“Helping people, really helping people get homes and the connection to my local community is what I value most,” Ingram-Bee says.
