Jillian Young, serving as executive vice president of Premiere Plus Realty, serves six locations, 25 staff members and more than 1,700 agents in two brokerages. In addition to carrying out the company’s vision in daily operations, she also assists in the development of solutions, programs, policies and company growth.
As soon as the pandemic hit, Young transformed her brokerages to virtual business almost overnight. She led the necessary pivot of broker support, administration, recruiting and training, overcommunicating updates and retooling each process to implement change. To sustain the growth, processing an average of 30 transactions a day and over $2 billion in sales volume, Young coordinated a massive technology shift in transaction management, accounting software and IT operations.
