As CEO and partner of the Mortgage Collaborative, Park has successfully launched a number of real estate-related businesses, and previously owned Community Asset Solutions (CAS) and New Vista Asset Management.
The 2013 Chair of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Park is one of the founders of the Housing Renaissance, and served as the Chair of the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies and the Chair of the Federal Reserve’s Consumer Advisory Council. Additionally, Park is the past president of the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development, has served on the boards of the Asian American for Equity, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the National Housing Conference. Prior to his work with the Mortgage Collaborative, Park oversaw industry relations at Freddie Mac, surveyed legislative, policy and program issues with the Federal Housing Administration, and was the Housing Policy Director at the National Community Development Association.
