Joe Horning

Joe Horning serves as president of Shorewest REALTORS®, Wisconsin’s Largest Home Seller™, which includes the Shorewest Family of Companies with 1,000 sales professionals, 300 staff members, and 26 locations throughout Wisconsin. Horning is a member of the third generation to lead the family-owned company. He also holds leadership positions in several real estate organizations.

During the COVID-19 lockdown, Shorewest REALTORS® thrived and experienced increased sales and record mortgage and title production. The company retained its entire workforce, switched to a remote work environment, and provided employees with PPE and flexible work schedules.
