In 2021, the National Association of Home Builders selected John Palumbo to serve as host, moderator and show producer for the Super Sales Rally at the International Builders’ Show. His proposed program, Uncommon, Unfiltered and Unparalleled: Becoming the UnSalesperson, focuses on unraveling myths related to sales and providing deep insights on consumers.
In addition, in 2021 Palumbo launched a 52-week online course for sales professionals. 52 Selling Ideas was designed to help agents adopt psychology-based methods of influence and persuasion to replace old-fashioned negotiation tactics.
Palumbo offered this piece of insight: “The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.”
