Jorge Guerra is recognized as a forward-thinking leader in the real estate industry when it comes to digital marketing. In 2021, he found new ways to pivot and keep moving forward despite the challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Guerra traveled around the world and participated in several high-profile real estate conferences as a keynote speaker. In addition, he served as the 2021 Global Liaison of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Guerra leads his company’s recruitment, training, and marketing efforts. In 2021, he launched several new initiatives to stay connected with his team and to educate, motivate and empower his agents. As a result, his company saw its fastest rate of growth since its creation in 2005.
