In addition to leading all strategic growth for the RE/MAX company-owned regions, Bolgren also successfully launched Growth Masters, a 52-week recruiting, retention and agent development programs for franchisees across the globe, as well as an industry-first recruiting app for broker/owners and managers in the U.S. He was also instrumental in developing the Coaches Corner Live Tour, a 15-city tour featuring top industry coaches where over 1,500 agents learned how to create their own inventory and increase productivity.
