Joshua Harley is the founder, chairman and CEO of Fathom Holdings. In 2010, he founded Fathom Realty, which is now among the largest real estate brokerages in the United States.

In 2020, Fathom Holdings became the first 100 percent commission model real estate brokerage to go public. Fathom Realty posted 39 percent year-over-year growth for Q2. Harley said Fathom’s greatest accomplishment was seeing agents personally thrive and grow during trying times.

A Marine Corps veteran, Harley advocates for servant leadership and placing others first. He also searches for new ways to use technology to improve real estate.

“I am honored by the recognition and the opportunity to serve our agents, communities and this great industry, but my accomplishments are not my own,” Harley says. “My company exists because of our agents. My team and our agents deserve the recognition, and I am humbled by the faith they’ve placed in me.”
