Justin Bailey

President of the largest brokerage in East Tennessee, Justin Bailey served as president of East Tennessee REALTORS® in 2024, as well as on the board of directors for both NAR and the Tennessee REALTORS®, using all positions to keep REALTORS® on track with the proper information and resources in a changing industry.

As president of East Tennessee REALTORS®, he rolled out a new data sharing agreement making new MLS information from across 69 counties available to members, while sending weekly email updates on NAR and offering new buyer representation classes to agents. He also secured Realty Executives Associates’ first sports partnership with One Knox Soccer and Tennessee Smokies.

“Numbers and sales are important, but they aren’t important if you don’t understand your “why.” Fostering a company culture of belonging and inclusivity is a primary focus in my day-to-day duties, and I wouldn’t change that for anything,” said Bailey.
