Justin Fox is the CEO and broker of RE/MAX Professionals, which has prioritized integrating innovative technology to improve agent productivity and work-life balance.

His most notable innovation is OfferWriter, a patent-pending mobile app that allows agents to quickly write, amend and track offers, buyer representation agreements and other critical documents to reduce manual efforts and save time. The technology is now available to other brokerages, enabling agents to quickly handle offers and sign contracts from their phone, introducing new efficiencies into real estate transactions.

“I know agents feel torn between their personal lives and their clients’ lives,” he says. “I set out to create tech solutions that could bridge that gap and give them back their valuable time.”

As part of these efforts, he’s created an entire suite of tools, including virtual transaction coordinators, contingency tracking systems, and a foreclosure-lead research tool. As a result, agents can manage their businesses more effectively, improving both their productivity and quality of life.

In addition to running his brokerage, Fox leads National Association of REALTORS® training and education sessions and has expanded these resources to over 150 local agents.
