Kacie Ricker

As national vice president of The Product Studio, Ricker is responsible for leading development and launching products for Coldwell Banker Realty. She leads a team of over 80 product owners, designers, developers and strategists, as well as supporting a network of 94,000 Coldwell Banker agents and brokers.

In 2020, despite the global pandemic, Ricker led the efforts of developing and launching Coldwell Banker’s exclusive and innovative programs desk, an agent productivity hub as well as an in-network, agent-to-agent listing platform called Exclusive Look.

“While has thrown plenty of punches, I couldn’t be more confident in the strategy that The Studio employed and proud of where these efforts will take our agents, clients and company into 2021,” says Ricker, who believes that her success, as well as the success of the company, wouldn’t happen without the amazing teams and affiliate companies who help pilot and champion her visions.
