Kasia Maslanka

Kasia Maslanka is not just an experienced REALTOR® with a tight grip on the luxury market, she is also dedicated to making positive changes when it comes to how the real estate industry can help the environment.

In 2010, Maslanka co-founded the nonprofit Morningday Community Solutions in South Florida, which supports other local nonprofits by giving them access to 400 tons of new merchandise to keep it out of landfills. By doing so, in the last 13 years the nonprofit has saved others $9 million that they can use for their missions, while keeping 10 million pounds of products out of landfills.

In 2023 alone, the nonprofit saved $1.5 million for members. For this work, Maslanka was selected as one of the top 10 finalists for the NAR’s Good Neighbor Awards last year.

“The most fulfilling aspect of my real estate career is that it enables me to not only help individuals find their dream homes and contribute to their happiness, but also allows me to contribute to the well-being of our communities,” says Maslanka. “Through my successful business in Florida real estate, I co-founded a nonprofit organization that supports numerous local nonprofits and has positively impacted thousands of people in our community while also making a positive environmental impact.”
