In 2025, Kathy Connelly—COO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties—continued to lead with integrity, innovation and heart. She oversaw strategic refinements to the company’s partnerships in mortgage, title, insurance and home warranty, enhancing efficiency across the brokerage’s full-service ecosystem. Connelly also expanded the leadership team by welcoming four new managing brokers, reinforcing the company’s growth and commitment to excellence.

Her leadership was central to the launch of Momentum ‘25, the company’s annual conference held at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, where attendees provided more than 20,000 meals to families impacted by Hurricane Helene. Connelly also played a key role in refreshing the company’s tagline, “Always a Good Move,” aligning brand identity with its culture of service and results.

A recognized industry leader, Connelly was inducted into the Worldwide ERC Hall of Leaders. Beyond accolades, she remains deeply committed to community service, including longstanding support of the Sunshine Kids Foundation, where her leadership has helped raise more than $2 million for children battling cancer.
