Kayla Click took a shining leadership role in Texas real estate during 2025, and not just through her position at Ebby Halliday. An industry advocate, she served as executive-at-large for the MetroTex Association of Realtors®, and the vice chair of orientation for the Texas Association of Realtors Political Action Committee (TREPAC), the latter of which where she spearheaded fundraising efforts for the year.

Her advocacy extended to not just raising up the voices of other real estate professionals through fundraising, but also public speaking and personal commitment to industry-important issues, such as housing affordability and property rights. As an NAR Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) ambassador, Click has accepted the responsibility of presenting the industry with the highest bars of professionalism.
