Kevin Leonard’s leadership position at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices extends beyond his own affiliate brokerage. In 2023, he was chosen as one of 12 company leaders to participate in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Marketing and Technology Council.
He describes himself as someone who “assists in guiding individuals to see and reach their greatest potential by eliminating (blind spots) or limiting beliefs.” To that end, he also oversaw the implementation of a company-wide coaching program.
“I am a big-picture thinker (and) innovator,” Leonard says. “A growth-minded leader of leaders who gets others to buy in on the vision through a deep commitment to success.”
Describing the qualities he has that others should follow to weather the future, he says: “(Be) readily adaptable and well-networked to keep ahead of the competition. Make the most of cutting-edge technologies for automation, productivity and accountability. Analyze and synthesize data to forecast opportunistic trends in the market.”
