Kevin Simrin, broker/owner of RE/MAX Integrity, moved quickly to respond to COVID-19. He decided to close the company’s offices and had the IT team take steps to allow agents and staff to work remotely.
Simrin also created a book outlining COVID-19 safety protocols to be used in offices. The book spread within the RE/MAX network across the United States.
Since team members could no longer meet in person for monthly business meetings, Simrin created Tuesday Morning Live!, a Zoom infotainment show with guest speakers. He also kept agents, staff and clients engaged through a 10-week social media campaign in which individuals and their families completed weekly challenges.
All of these efforts led to a significant increase in engagement, as well as positive feedback on Simrin’s leadership.
