Lane McCormack

One of the most important roles a broker plays is leader, from mentoring agents to recruiting new ones along the way. Lane McCormack, who’s held many leadership roles in real estate, has taken this sentiment to heart.

During 2022, McCormack recruited 75-plus agents to Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International and oversaw the addition of a new office and business center. Not stopping at mere staff or location growth, she led her brokerage to close over $3.4 billion in 2022.
