BHHS Fox & Roach recently rolled out a new state-of-the-art technology platform, the Agent Center for Excellence (ACE). ACE integrates several best-in-class marketing technologies into one flexible portal.
“We knew the only way to continuously provide our agents with the best technology available was to invest in a proprietary approach where individual applications could always be replaced with the most competitive software on the market,” says Flick. “Technology cannot replace the relationships our agents build with their clients, but it can help them foster stronger relationships and operate their business more effectively.”
BHHS Fox & Roach was also recently named the No. 1 brokerage across the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network of 1,400 broker affiliates for the fourth year in a row.
“Luck occurs when preparation meets opportunity,” says Flick. “I find the harder I work, the luckier I get.”
With over 25 years of industry experience, Flick began his career in 1993 as a mortgage consultant at Trident Mortgage Company, where he worked his way up through the years before becoming president of the company in 2015. Flick has been acting as CEO of BHHS Fox & Roach and The Trident Group since 2018. In addition, he sits on the board of Fox & Roach Charities, which has donated millions of dollars to help children and families.
