Larry Flick V puts his focus on more than just business success. In addition to overseeing more than 5,500 sales professionals across 75 offices, as well as leading a company that has continually ranked No. 1 in the BHHS Network for the sixth year in a row, he pours his time and efforts into giving back to his employees and the community. Flick serves on the board of Fox & Roach/Trident Charities, which oversaw critical pandemic relief efforts for the community. He also put a spotlight on providing resources to address the mental health and stress of his employees and sales associates by ensuring all offices were in compliance with local regulatory COVID-19 requirements.
