Lee Ann Roughton

A 30-year veteran of the real estate industry, Lee Ann Roughton spent 2025 serving as a vital bridge between ERA Real Estate’s brand vision and the practical success of its franchisees. In her role, Roughton’s leadership was instrumental in renewing partnerships with ERA companies representing $1.6 billion in sales volume. She further accelerated the network’s expansion by onboarding new firms totaling an additional $1.4 billion in volume, ensuring each transition was marked by operational excellence and immediate strategic alignment.

Beyond the numbers, Roughton’s impact in 2025 was deeply personal. She spearheaded the launch of “The Spirit of ERA Award” in honor of her late mentor and 30-year ERA veteran, Jeff Riber. This initiative reinforces the brand’s core values of community and mentorship, values Roughton champions daily through her work with the Hera Society and broker engagement.
