Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Linda Kaulf-Krissi had to pivot and juggle responsibilities to help meet the professional and personal needs of both agents and clients. Despite those challenges, in 2021, she increased the agent count by 20% and raised units and volume over the previous year’s figures.
“You don’t win in sales playing defense,” Kaulf-Krissi says. “It’s all offense. Making calls, marketing consistently, following up relentlessly, booking appointments, meeting with clients, solving problems…repeat, repeat, repeat!”
Kaulf-Krissi focuses on building successful business relationships by listening, negotiating and working to please clients. She enjoys managing agents and coaching those who are new to the industry to help them build their businesses.
Kaulf-Krissi works to maintain an office culture built on respect and cooperation. She encourages members of her team to participate in several highly visible community events to support charitable organizations.
