In 2025, Lindsey Wallace played a pivotal role in a landmark shift in the organized real estate landscape. As vice president of administration for the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®, Wallace played a pivotal role in its historic merger with the Collin County Area REALTORS®. This unification created a powerhouse organization of nearly 40,000 members, making it the largest REALTOR® association in North Texas and one of the largest in the United States. Wallace was instrumental in the strategic planning and operational execution of the merger, coordinating leadership teams and streamlining systems to ensure a seamless transition for the massive member base.

Beyond the logistical complexities of the merger, Wallace focused on ensuring the consolidation translated into immediate value for professionals, including expanded advocacy and enhanced member benefits. Her leadership was characterized by a commitment to regional collaboration and a mentor-first approach within her staff.
