Liz Gehringer

Liz Gehringer took 2021 by storm, leading the company’s initiatives including Agents of Change, What Moves Her and the Inclusive Ownership Program, which supports diverse broker-owners in their first two years of business. Her work on the last initiative in particular resulted in 18 affiliated companies joining the program in less than a year. “Working at Coldwell Banker means doing work that matters. As we celebrate our 115th year in business, we’re continuing to shape the industry and pave the way for a better future for all,” she says. 

Gehringer also oversaw partnerships with AREAA, NAHREP, NAREB and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. In addition to these initiatives and partnerships, her leadership of brand franchise sales gained the company a renewal rate of 98% retained GCI in the first eight months of 2021. “It’s an exciting time to work in the real estate industry, especially at a company that is so dedicated to the power of home.”
