A respected industry veteran with more than three decades of experience, Nunan oversees all residential and commercial operations for Houlihan Lawrence, supporting a network of approximately 1,450 agents across 32 offices. In 2025, her strategic vision fueled continued expansion, with more than 90 new agents and teams joining the brokerage.
