His main focus is on the execution of a shared vision, with his co-founder, to revolutionize the leasing process.

Even with the impact of COVID-19, Baugier pushed his company through the challenges and utilized this time as an opportunity for innovation and growth. In response to the pandemic, he and his team built a patent-pending fin-tech solution, Income & Assist Verification (I&AV), born out of necessity to allow property managers and landlords to verify the financial situation of rental prospects and current renters and enable renters to seek crucial financial assistance.
