Lyle Caddell

Lyle Caddell, who co-owns Realty Executives All Area with his wife Grace, is one of the top-producing real estate agents in San Diego County. He has sold over 2,000 homes since 1994 and over $60 million in volume since January 2017.

Caddell is always willing to take the time to listen and offer advice or assistance to others. He is known as a “straight shooter” who tells people what they need to hear, which may not necessarily be what they want to hear. According to Caddell, this honesty and concern for others sets him apart from many other REALTORS® who often provide clients with misinformation, which leads to confusion and frustration. This is the result of brokerages rushing to get agents into the field without adequate training.

Abiding by a code of ethics is important to success in real estate, says Caddell, who works hard to build trust with clients and choose the right people for his 28-member team to create a positive and honest company culture. According to Caddell, too many REALTORS® have lost sight of the importance of face-to-face interactions, and that is part of the reason why Caddell is dedicated to helping his community. He supports the Eric Paredes Save a Life Foundation, which provides free heart screenings to youth to help identify cardiac abnormalities.

Caddell enjoys the opportunity to help others in need. “I want to be remembered for being giving, faithful and loyal to others,” he says. “I find it so rewarding to put together deals that help people fulfill their dreams.”

Having been successful for so many years, Caddell has advice for new agents: “Stay true to your values,” he urges. “Also, don’t overthink things and don’t try to reinvent the wheel. If there’s a good method or procedure out there, model yours after it.”
