As senior vice president of Member Development at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Marc Gould oversees numerous leadership and professional development programs. On short notice, Gould led a pivot to provide increased training and support, exclusively online, during a pandemic and a time of social unrest.
“With a calm demeanor focused on problem-solving and delivering results, I was able to find ways to keep REALTORS® moving forward, advancing their skills and making sure they could thrive in a changing world,” Gould explains.
Gould came to NAR in 2006. He led the launch of NAR’s Commitment to Excellence digital engagement platform and badging program.
Gould has an M.B.A. from Loyola University and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. He also achieved the rank of Major as a United States Army officer.
