Dan Weisman

In a position responsible for bridging the technology and real estate industries, Dan Weisman spent 2023 building relationships with tech giants, from Meta to Google, to proptech startups and venture capitalists. Sometimes, the future comes from the (currently) little guy. To that end, he also created the PropTech with the National Association of REALTORS® meetup, attended by 2,000 developers in fields such as AI and augmented reality.

“The most rewarding part of my career is the opportunity to bring together people, process and technology,” says Weisman. “These three things are the lifelines of everything we do in real estate, and I get to be part of all of them. I work with people in real estate, technology and investment, understand how folks run their business, and then help figure out where tech can improve how they operate. At the same time, I get to work with the innovators creating technology, including startups to big tech companies, to help drive positive change in real estate that excels the industry into the next digital age. Lastly, I enjoy networking, guiding and educating people on the future of real estate through collaboration and openness.”

Weisman also got to share some of his knowledge at RISMedia’s 2023 CEO & Leadership Exchange in September, where he headlined a panel discussing AI.
