Marilyn Wilson

Marilyn Wilson, managing partner at WAV Group, worked to help agents who were frightened and worried because of changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

She launched Coffee Chat, a daily show that helped REALTORS® find affordable and effective ways to keep their businesses running. Many people who regularly attended Coffee Chats had their best year ever in 2020. Wilson’s WAVes of Change series provided progressive policy ideas and best practices that inspired Associations and MLSs.

Wilson co-founded RETechnology.com, a comprehensive online source for information on real estate technology and education. She has been named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in real estate and serves on the boards of directors for both the Council of Multiple Listing Services and the National Association of REALTORS®’ Green Resource Council.
