Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Mark Pessin has held weekly virtual coaching calls for the real estate professionals and broker/owners who are part of Realty ONE Group’s 400-plus locations.
This learning has translated into action, with the firm selling 38 franchises and three new countries, expanding its global footprint to 49 U.S. states and nine countries and territories during the first half of 2022 alone.
“I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals. As a coach, mentor and trainer, I have the opportunity to do that every day. I know I’m doing what I was meant to do,” says Pessin.
