At the young age of 30, working as a broker for Brown Harris Stevens, Cohen is known as a top broker in the business. He was recognized as one of the youngest real estate brokers in New York City to surpass $100 million in sales in his first four years in the industry, with nearly half a billion dollars in closed sales.
As COVID-19 spread across the country, Cohen exceeded expectations, closing on 10 transactions from March to June, the peak of pandemic in New York. In 2020, he was recognized as one of Crain’s Rising Stars in Real Estate and was ranked in the top 350 by sales volume in the U.S., according to industry reports.
