Melissa Greer

Melissa Greer, a buyer’s agent and seller’s agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty, was honored to be recognized by Newsweek as No. 1 in North Carolina for America’s Best REALTORS®. Through her blog, “Real Estate Tips, Tales, and Truth,” and her podcast, “Melissa Unscripted,” Greer provides tips for agents, buyers and sellers and features local people who support the community.

Greer has been involved in real estate from a young age. She helped her mother, a dedicated Greensboro REALTOR®, and learned from her experiences. Greer has received numerous real estate designations and awards in her 36 years in the industry.
