Michael LaFido is a successful real estate consultant and top-producing REALTOR®, but more than that, he is an advocate for diversity in the real estate industry. He is committed to diversity in luxury real estate through the promotion of affinity groups, waiving speaker fees and gifting scholarships to luxury trainings (LUXE Designation) for members of the various affinity groups.

Over the past year, LaFido has not just spoken at key industry events like the NAREB conference and the LGBTQ+ Alliance event, but he has also actively collaborated with associations like the Miami REALTORS® and the Houston Association of REALTORS®. In this capacity he has worked hard to expand knowledge and foster inclusivity in these critical areas of the real estate market.

With the imminent release of his upcoming book, “Secrets Of Top Luxury Agents,” LaFido’s dedication extends even further. Through this book, he plans to provide invaluable free exposure to each affinity group, supporting their membership and awareness initiatives.
