As President, Michael Lane leads sales, marketing and business development for ShowingTime. He works with many of the largest MLS and brokerage firms across North America, providing technology that is used by over one million real estate professionals in over 370 markets.

As COVID-19 hit and rapid pivots were needed to help clients overcome new challenges, Lane led efforts to make new and timely features available.

In March 2020, ShowingTime implemented changes to prevent agents from having overlapping meetings and showings, encouraging social distancing. By May, Lane helped to introduce ShowingTime LIVE video, a product that allows agents to manage live, one-on-one virtual showings through the company’s mobile app.
