As COVID-19 hit and rapid pivots were needed to help clients overcome new challenges, Lane led efforts to make new and timely features available.
In March 2020, ShowingTime implemented changes to prevent agents from having overlapping meetings and showings, encouraging social distancing. By May, Lane helped to introduce ShowingTime LIVE video, a product that allows agents to manage live, one-on-one virtual showings through the company’s mobile app.
