Coldwell Banker

Mike Fischer is the senior vice president of marketing for Realogy’s company-owned Coldwell Banker offices. He leads The Studio, an in-house real estate marketing agency that supports approximately 45,000 agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker’s company-owned offices in 29 states and the District of Columbia.

Fischer spearheaded the launch of The Studio. Consisting of more than 300 marketing and product development professionals in regional support centers and branch offices nationwide, The Studio partners with agents to offer customized listing and personal support that include creative services, professional photography, videography, copywriting, website development, social media, advertising, and more. Efforts are underway to expand The Studio’s services to Coldwell Banker’s affiliate network.

In 2019, The Studio launched Listing Concierge, a comprehensive marketing program; Desk, a unified productivity platform for agents; Prospect Square, a digital marketing tool for client communications; and Exclusive Look, an in-network marketing tool for “coming soon” listings that empowers agents to share and search for listings before they’re placed in the MLS or other public sites.

Fischer says, “The Studio has been able to create and launch scalable marketing platforms in all of our Coldwell Banker company-owned offices, making it the largest real estate marketing agency in the industry that is driving outstanding usage rates and incremental revenue for our agents.”

Fischer previously served as chief marketing officer and COO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate. He joined the brand following 15 years at Nissan North America in various marketing and operational leadership roles. He is a licensed REALTOR®.
