Mike Pappas, president and chief executive officer of The Keyes Company, brings over 40 years of experience to the company. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, he implemented a new transaction management system to make real estate transactions easier and more transparent for the consumer and agent. This system enables his employees to do business completely virtually, all while tracking each step of the process.
Pappas also facilitated new strategic partnerships for Keyes, including the Matterport Enterprise Program and EasyKnock. By listening to the needs of his employees and understanding his customer base, he is always looking for ways to make the lives of associates easier and more efficient, helping them generate more qualified leads and closed transactions and better serve customers.
Pappas, who has completed four marathons, taps into his distance running background while overseeing Keyes. “Like a long-distance runner, I try to never lose sight of the long-range goals for the firm,” he says.
