Monica Weakley and her partner (both domestic and business) made the decision to shift their focus in 2022 from 100% real estate to 50% real estate and 50% helping agents.
These efforts culminated in Weakley’s nomination then ascension to a seat on the board of directors for eXp World Holdings.
“While I love selling homes, my true passion lies in helping agents realize their highest potential,” she says. “I love showing agents that they don’t have to work 60 hours a week to make a lot of money. I love showing them how to build a fabulous business through relationships and referrals. Most agents get into this business for freedom, but they are never taught how to achieve it. I am so grateful to have a business partner (eXp) that provides the environment for agents to create a business that works for them, instead of against them.”
