In 2025, Natalie Davis advanced inclusion and belonging across Keller Williams Realty International, serving as director of community growth and company liaison to national Affinity Groups. She launched the first Virtual Inclusion Summit open to all real estate professionals, hosted the inaugural Inclusion & Belonging Affinity Group Community Luncheon and implemented quarterly town halls to foster dialogue and connection.

Davis introduced a companywide multicultural celebration calendar and developed an Inclusive Leadership Training course alongside a monthly Inclusion Newsletter for leaders, ensuring representation and equity were woven into organizational practices. She continued teaching the National Association of Realtors®’ (NAR) Bias Override and At Home With Diversity courses and extended her impact beyond Keller Williams through her Leadership That Shines consulting firm, providing inclusion training to brokerages and associations nationwide.

In addition, she played a key role as the 2025 NAR Realtor® Party Fundraising Liaison, supporting advocacy efforts while strengthening community and professional engagement. Davis’ 2025 initiatives reflect her dedication to cultivating environments where real estate professionals feel valued, connected and empowered to grow.
