Since he began his real estate career, Hohman has built, transacted and managed more than 250 projects worth a total of over $64 million. He has served on numerous real estate committees, contributed to industry publications, and taught as an adjunct professor. In 2017, Hohman was elected to a two-year term as a member of Greater Tampa REALTORS®’ Board of Directors. Earlier this year, he was appointed chairperson of the Hillsborough County Historic Resources Review Board, which identifies and maintains historical landmarks in the country.
Hohman believes that a good leader should appreciate what everyone brings to the table.
“Leaders must ask great questions,” says Hohman. “Leaders must be confident and humble. Leaders must be quick to give praise to everyone on the team, and quick to take the blame for other people’s faults. Leaders must always listen and learn more than they speak and teach.”
