Pat Shea

Pat Shea serves as president and COO of Lyon Real Estate, recently acquired by Windermere Real Estate, in the Greater Sacramento area. He oversees day-to-day operations and advocates for extreme customer service, philanthropy and community service. Under Shea’s leadership, Lyon Real Estate has maintained its ranking as the top independent residential real estate brokerage in the four-county area.

In 2020, Shea and his team implemented reasonable options to allow agents and clients to be safe and successful during the COVID-19 pandemic. He drew inspiration from a quote attributed to Winston Churchill: “It’s not enough that we do our best; sometimes we have to do what’s required.”

Shea launched the Lyon Cares Foundation in 2015 to support local nonprofits. The foundation has awarded grants totaling more than $700,000.
