In an industry often crowded with hype, Pritesh Damani has distinguished himself by operationalizing artificial intelligence at a massive scale. As CTO of Real, Damani is the architect of reZEN, a proprietary end-to-end platform that unifies transaction management, accounting and communication. In 2025, his leadership pushed the firm’s AI capabilities into a new echelon with the launch of HeyLeo, a voice-interactive AI concierge that allows consumers to search for homes using natural language while keeping agents at the center of the discovery process. Damani also oversaw the rollout of Leo CoPilot, a 24/7 intelligent assistant that autonomously handles nearly 50% of agent phone and email support interactions.

Beyond AI, Damani has redefined the financial landscape for agents with the expansion of Real Wallet. In October 2025, he spearheaded the launch of Real Wallet Capital, an industry-first embedded lending solution that provides agents with instant access to working capital based on their earnings history. Under Damani’s technical guidance, Real has scaled to become the nation’s fifth-largest brokerage, supporting over 31,000 agents without expanding its support staff.
