By rebranding Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance—one of the metro’s top five brokerages—under the ReeceNichols banner, Frazier successfully united two of Missouri’s most powerful real estate forces. This strategic move integrated over 250 high-performing agents into the network, including elite teams with annual volumes of $150 million and $45 million, respectively. Under his stewardship, the company is forecasted to achieve a 12% year-over-year increase in both units and sales volume for 2025, further solidifying its status as the top-producing brokerage in Kansas City for a record-breaking 25th consecutive year.

Frazier’s leadership extends beyond market share to a deep-seated culture of philanthropy. This year, ReeceNichols reached the milestone of $1.5 million in cumulative donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities through its “Gold Key Project” and celebrated a second straight year of raising over $1 million for “Couture for Cancer.” A 21-year industry veteran who rose from CFO to CEO, Frazier remains focused on an agent-first model that prioritizes personal leadership and nimble support.
