Raffi Williams

The National Association of Realtors®

Raffi Williams joined the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) in May 2025, bringing a powerhouse background in federal housing policy and media strategy to the industry’s largest trade group. A Forbes “30 Under 30” alumnus and former official for both the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Williams was tapped to strengthen NAR’s influence in Washington and across the national media landscape.

Throughout 2025, Williams played a central role in humanizing the impact of housing policy. He was instrumental in advancing the “Advocacy Scoop” live podcast, which dissected complex legislative issues—including the fallout of the 2025 federal government shutdown—for a broad audience of real estate professionals. His strategic oversight of NAR’s public affairs has been vital in navigating the “Call for Information” initiative, which collected over 600 firsthand member reports to illustrate the real-world economic ripple effects of stalled federal programs.

By leveraging his deep connections at the intersection of government and journalism, Williams has ensured that the Realtor® voice is not only heard but remains the authoritative source for housing market insights in 2025 and beyond.
