Rajeev Sajja

As the real estate industry has embraced AI technology, Rajeev Sajja made it his mission in 2025 to educate agents about the technology and shepherd them through the evolution. His AI advocacy took him to speaking roles at industry events, including RISMedia’s 2025 CEO & Leadership Exchange, brokerage innovation initiatives and MLS strategy retreats.

Sajja is the host of the AI Real Estate AI Flash Podcast, offering an advice resource for agents looking to bring AI into their business, and in 2025 coached over 10,000 real estate professionals at the biweekly Agent AI Mastermind series. He also developed custom, time-saving AI tools directly for agents to use in tasks such as CMA prep, listing prep and marketing campaigns.

“I see my role as bridging the gap between innovation and practice, taking emerging technologies like AI and translating them into tools, training and strategies agents can actually use,” says Sajja. “What makes it meaningful is seeing an idea scale from a single framework or custom tool into something adopted by brokerages and thousands of professionals. It’s rewarding to know that the work is raising the bar for the industry as a whole. Being part of that transformation is what drives me.”
