Rick Rudman, a forward-thinking visionary, is building a modern future for real estate agents and brokers nationwide.

In his role as CEO, Rudman led Curbio to great success in 2024, when the company was recognized on Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 List, climbing five spots to No. 37. Curbio also launched in-house staging services, introduced a new classic materials line, expanded its premier and luxury materials line, and made enhancements to its agent and contractor app.

Rudman also led Curbio in hosting its REfresh 2024 event, a dynamic virtual event featuring industry leaders, networking opportunities and insights into real estate innovation.

One of the most rewarding aspects of his career was leading his former company Vocus through its growth journey before its sale in 2014.

“Ultimately, that experience shaped my approach to leadership and entrepreneurship. It taught me the importance of perseverance, adaptability and staying true to the vision,” he says. “It’s those lessons that continue to guide me as I lead companies like Curbio today.”
