In 2025, Risa Weiss redefined agent support at Kale Realty by launching scalable, high-impact programs designed to elevate agents at every stage of their careers. As vice president of agent development and a trusted industry coach, she introduced structured systems that measurably increased agent success, accountability and long-term retention.
Among her most significant accomplishments was the creation and expansion of Kale Realty’s Transaction Coach Program, providing new agents with hands-on support while offering experienced professionals a meaningful way to mentor and give back. Weiss also implemented companywide tracking, conversion metrics and onboarding systems for both agents and coaches, ensuring consistency, transparency and sustainable growth.
Weiss further strengthened education and collaboration by planning Kale’s inaugural Summit and curating live events such as Coffee Talk with DJ and Risa, bringing agents and industry leaders together for learning, networking and idea-sharing. She expanded mentoring through weekly masterminds, one-on-one coaching and the launch of the Next Level Coalition, an elite performance group focused on high-level growth.
