In 2025, Rob Barber continued to position ATTOM at the forefront of the real estate data and analytics ecosystem by leading a transformative expansion of how property intelligence is delivered, accessed and applied. Under his leadership, ATTOM launched multiple cloud-native and AI-ready platforms designed to eliminate friction, accelerate insight and prepare clients for the next generation of real estate decision-making.

Among the year’s most significant milestones was the introduction of ATTOM Nexus, a self-service platform that simplifies how organizations evaluate and integrate ATTOM’s expansive property datasets. Barber also guided the rollout of ATTOM’s comprehensive data offerings on Snowflake, alongside Parquet and GeoParquet delivery options, enabling high-performance access for clients managing complex, large-scale data environments. In another major innovation, ATTOM introduced Transparent Owner, a new data product that reveals the true individuals behind residential property ownership across the United States.
