Robert (Bob) Watson, vice president of global consulting & training for HSF Affiliates LLC/Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, oversees all global network training, coaching, consulting and franchise sales educational programs. In 2022, he led the creation, development, and launch of programs that set BHHS apart from other brokerages.

Watson is responsible for the integration of coaching and brand content, as well as the orientation of new overseas network brokerages. In addition, Watson is a National Association of REALTORS® Certified International Property Specialist instructor. He shares his experiences living overseas and working with a diverse clientele.
