As president and CEO of Coldwell Banker, Ryan Gorman is responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales of the operations doing business under the Coldwell Banker brand.
Gorman says the company recently experienced a full reinvention in how it serves agents. It altered its approach to technology and introduced high-touch boutique marketing services and automated platforms, where it makes sense, to help agents be more nimble, competitive and productive.
The company married innovative technology with white-glove services to reimagine and redefine the future of real estate marketing. It shifted the culture from an IT mindset to a product mindset focused on innovation, product passion and improved user experience using agile development teams to bring world-class product/software offerings swiftly to affiliated agents. In 2019, teams launched Listing Concierge, Design Concierge, Prospect Square, Desk, Exclusive Look, RealSure, RealVitalize and other solutions.
“I am so proud of what this incredible team has rolled out for agents,” says Gorman. “The collaboration–from agents and our entire team–needed to make these products come to fruition is inspiring, and we’re just getting warmed up.”
Gorman was named NRT president and CEO in 2018. Prior to joining NRT in 2012, he served as corporate senior vice president and head of strategic development for Realogy Corp., NRT’s parent company. Before joining Realogy in 2004, Gorman held advisory and principal investment roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Credit Suisse and The Blackstone Group.
