During the pandemic, Realogy supported the industry, advocated for relief for small businesses and independent contractors, and kept franchise owners connected to government leaders and policy activity. The company adopted tech at a faster rate to operate virtually. Schneider communicated with employees via weekly Town Halls and video blogs, encouraging meaningful dialogue related to social justice.
